Ships are created when a straight woman finds herself falling in love with a gay

This is another great title by an amazing creator of character’s so real, you
blink twice to make sure you aren’t apart of the plot! Thank you K’Anne for
another fine piece of work! I love the style and the story line in this one. It
has just about everything- mystery, romance and alot of emotions so real, you
are either crying , laughing or sensing fear as well. I would highly recommend
this for anyone looking for more than just romance. It has everything and keeps
you flipping pages for more.

lows. I loved the story, especially the ending. It made me cry. Thank you

From the very beginning this story grab hold and refused to let go until every
last page had been read. The ups and downs lead to much laughter and even tears
but left you feeling like you had lived it with the characters. I love a book
that can make you feel like your a part of it. I will enjoy reading this book
many times over as it has become one of my favorites.

We were thinking of doing this again, many of us writers got favorable impressions, increased ‘friends’ on Facebook, twitter, blogs, etc and that’s the whole point, exposing other authors, readers, etc.  I myself found a couple I enjoyed!

So she joins the Human Equality Organization, an underground group working to end The Divide. Dawn thinks the rebellion is too dangerous, and since Dawn’s ex-girlfriend Malaki is also a member, Serenity doesn’t tell Dawn about her involvement.

Serenity reveals to the HEO that her parents are leading a campaign to organize attacks on all Gay Communities. With her help, the HEO creates Project Jericho, in which all Gay Communities walls will implode at once. But after too many delays, and when Dawn discovers Serenity has been spending more time with Malaki than her, Serenity knows she has to start the revolution herself. She heads to D.C. to contact a group of senators secretly against The Divide … or straight into a trap set by the Family Protection Movement.

WHY is leaving a REVIEW so important

To most, reading a book is just a delightful time, hopefully from an author they enjoy that can take them to places and times they might not visit any other way.  Have you considered leaving them a little word letting them and others know how much you enjoyed their work, their idea, their creation?  It’s certainly not mandatory but it is polite.  Even a bad review now and then can be taken by most authors and put to good use.  We are all human and need some of this feedback to know that we are ‘doing a good job’ and that our readers appreciate us.  It also helps the next person who might not know this author but the topic sounds good, lets go read the reviews and see what others are saying.  No reviews, no feedback, and they might pass on what would have been a good fit for what they were looking for.

Now I wouldn’t BEG for a review, if you hated what I or others wrote certainly pass on this invitation but if you truly liked the book, think of the work and time the author put into it.  I know I have a loyal following of readers, I frequently chat with them on Facebook, Twitter, and other social media sites.  They tell me they love my latest offering and let’s face it, I’m human, I’m stoked that they appreciate it.  I frequently ask that they go back and write a review.  Some are shy about it, I get that, it’s not like you are going to be tested on what you say.  A simple ‘I liked it’ or ‘I loved it’ or even a ‘I would recommend this’ and maybe why would help the next reader enormously.

Another thing that it does do, depending on where the review is left is the ranking that an author gets.  This is important to get more readers, fans, and eventually money.  Believe me when I say if you went into writing for the money, you were deluded.  I do it because I have stories in my head to share and fortunately people want to READ said stories.  The awards I get are rewards, monetarily are nice, but the accolades, the reviews, the emails, the ‘atta girls’ are what does it for me.  Knowing I took you out of time or place and you enjoyed it, that does it for me.  So if you’ve got a spare minute after you have read mine or other’s stories, think about giving them a pat on the back to let them and future readers know, it was worth the read!

Well for one, I believe in paying it forward. Whether you have heard of me or not the 10’s of thousands of readers I have (or more, I hope) like my books and have contributed to my fame and fortune and will continue to do so. I believe in helping other authors and this provided an excellent opportunity for everyone, readers and authors alike to get out there and see and be seen. Someone helped me once and while I cannot repay them, I can help others. Why not?

Secondly, What goes around, comes around right? If you do good, live a good life, hopefully the karma you put out into the world will be returned. I’ve seen it happen and I hope by doing a kindness someday it will come back around, indirectly or directly but I’m a good person, I write good books, and I enjoy finding new and exciting adventures in other’s books and novels!
